All race directors (or those desiring to be) with events planned for 2001 are to meet at 7:00 pm, January 16, 2001 at the Cut-Leaf Maples on Route 7A (just south of the center of town) in Arlington. This meeting is mandatory if your event has any chance of being a BKVR event in 2001.
The purpose of the meeting is: (a) to allow planning of the year's events in a coordinated way, and (b) to follow through on the requirement that all race directors come to a business meeting prior to their intended event to ensure a positive image for BKVR and to fulfill our duties as a responsible RRCA affiliate.
It is also a wonderful way to share tips and meet others trying to solve the same problems over and over and over...
